We want impact reporting to be useful, specific and honest. This page separates documented work from future targets.
Existing proof of concept
Voices on Canvas and DACARC.org have an existing Dayton Street Opportunity Center demonstration using augmented community portraits. That work shows the basic public-facing experience is technically possible. The proposed grant would add the project management, infrastructure, outreach, partner processes, security and evaluation needed to operate it as a sustained program.
What the three-year initiative will measure
- Verified resources and participating organizations represented in the Community Data Hub.
- Active community access locations and public-facing DACARC experiences.
- Youth completing arts, storytelling and creative-technology activities.
- Digital Ambassadors trained, retained and participating in outreach.
- Resident interactions with resources, QR/WebAR experiences, surveys, directions and events.
- Language-access and accessibility improvements.
- Partner response times and resource-verification cadence.
- Community satisfaction, feedback themes and program changes made in response.
- System uptime, backup verification, security review completion and incident tracking.
- Diversification of recurring operating support by the end of Year Three.
What we will not do
We will not manufacture outcome numbers for a grant application. Baseline measures and final targets should be confirmed with community partners and the funder before they are presented as commitments.
